Landlord Forms

Per our CC&R's, all Landlords must provide a filled out copy of this form at the start (or renewal) of each lease:   Landlord & Tenant Registration Agreement


Once your tenant has renewed their lease (or if you have a new tenant move in) please send the following to the Board for our records:

  1. A copy of the new/renewed lease with your tenant(s)
  2. A filled-out copy of the attached Landlord & Tenant Registration Form and Agreement (attached)
  3. Payment of the $25 New Tenancy fee (this applies to both renewed, and new, leases)
