Avenida Hermosa is a Spanish-styled Mid-Century townhome complex designed by Ralph Haver, & built in 1971 by Haver, Nunn & Associates. Our quiet community is self-managed and consists of 38 units, a private pool, and is set on a wide private drive that ends with a view of Phoenix's iconic Camelback Mountain.
